Vegan Tornado Potato



Enjoy tasty tornado potatoes that are made with only a few simple vegan ingredients. After being baked to perfection, these spiral-cut potatoes are seasoned with a tasty mix of spices.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Make sure the potatoes are clean and dry

Use a sharp knife or a spiralizer to cut each potato into a spiral shape

Make sure the slices stay together at the bottom

Carefully put a skewer through the middle of each spiral potato

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together

Spread the seasoned oil mixture out on each potato slice, making sure to get in between them

Prepare the potatoes and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

The potatoes should be baked in a hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy

Take it out of the oven when it's done and let it cool a bit before serving

You can serve it with your favorite dipping sauce if you want to

Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter



This grilled salmon recipe is bursting with fresh flavors from the lemon herb butter. It's quick and easy to prepare, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend barbecue.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Use salt and pepper to season the salmon fillets with

Frozen butter, parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a small bowl

Grill the salmon fillets for four to five minutes on each side, or until the fish is flaky when you use a fork

In the last few minutes of grilling, put a small amount of lemon herb butter on top of each salmon fillet

Take the salmon off the grill as soon as the butter melts and it's fully cooked
